Returns & Cancellations

While we hope that you are fully satisfied with your purchase on you have the right to cancel your order before dispatch or return products within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund of the invoiced price. Please email us to should you wish to return your order. We will then contact you within 24 hours and advise you of the appropriate return address as some of our products are dispatched from our supplier's warehouses directly.

Due to the bespoke nature of many products sold on special returns policies apply to the following products:

1) Wallpaper

Returns of wallpaper orders sold by the roll may only be returned as a complete order. Wallpaper sold by the metre are non-returnable. Please note that you should check all wallpaper products for faults before and during hanging. If the product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge. We also always recommend that you order a sample first to avoid any confusion regarding colour, scale of pattern and finish. Whilst every effort is made to ensure accuracy, please note that all measurements including widths and pattern repeats are approximate. We recommend you to allow for a tolerance of +/- 5%.

Should you wish to cancel your order before the production has commenced / the order has been dispatched we will refund the invoiced amount in full. For orders that have left the warehouse already, we reserve the right to deduct a handling/re-stocking fee of 25% of the invoiced price (excluding VAT). For goods that have left the warehouse you agree to return the goods in the same condition and in the original packaging whenever possible to prevent damage occurring in transit and so that the goods arrive in the same condition as they were in when they left the warehouse. If goods are returned and received at the warehouse in the same condition as when they were first shipped and/or supplied, we will provide you with a credit for the full invoiced value less the aforementioned handling charge of 25% plus carriage. 

2) Fabrics

Once the fabric has been cut-to-size by the manufacturer, orders are non-returnable. Should you wish to wish to cancel your order before the fabric has been cut-to-size by the manufacturer / dispatched we will cancel your order without a charge and refund the invoiced amount in full. By the very nature of fabrics imperfections can and do occur, however if the fabric has been cut by you before these defects have been noticed then BESPOQE has no legal obligation to replace the fabric.

3) SAHCO & Bruno Triplet Home Collection

Any purchases made from the SAHCO Home Collection, including cushions, tie-backs, blankets, plaids, etc. are non-refundable after dispatch. 

4) Made-to-order and customised products

Any products that are made-to-order or customised for you (eg bespoke rugs, artwork) are non-returnable and orders can only be cancelled before the production has commenced. We reserve the right to charge a handling/re-stocking fee to cancel the order which is normally 25% of the invoiced price (excluding VAT). In this circumstance we can only consider a cancellation if we receive written correspondence by email to within 24 hours of the order being placed.
